Situated above one of Vancouver's most notable Edwardian restorations, "The Homer" c.1913 was restored and converted to the popular Homer Street Café. The Beasley was named in honour of former Vancouver Planner Larry Beasley, a tribute to his vision of new urbanism excellence.
Building amenities include Vancouver's first dog walk and dog wash area and included is a roof-top garden terrace, media room and library.
